As part of the brand digital transformation, Amplifon required the design of a service to help their customers easily master using a hearing aid and fully enjoy its capabilities. The service provides complete control of hearing aids on a mobile device via Bluetooth, and connects to and control devices from almost all key manufacturers.
The service allows customers to manage volume control, noise levels, wind reduction and more. Customers can also locate the nearest Amplifon store and book appointments directly using the app. We designed a seamless user experience across the app and the website, which enable a variety of users: customers in search of hearing health solutions, influencers and people suffering from hearing impairments to get easy access to services and selected content.
In 2019, our work has been awarded with two BIMA, one Digital Impact Awards, one The Drum DADI Award, two One Show Merit, one OMMA and a bronze at the Epica Awards in 2018.
